Yes, it can feel like a paradox at first, can’t it? Using our awareness to soften the habit of thinking. And just as you said, it does take a bit of practice, or maybe even more so, a remembering. Not forcing the mind to be still, but allowing it to rest into something that naturally draws us beyond it. Those small moments of simply being… they begin to find us more easily over time.
